★ How long does it take to get the package?

Shipping takes 7~14 "business days" after the payment.

But please noted that it can take longer or shorter depends on the region.

★ Where is my package now?

★ Why my package is in AUSYD, USJFK or other location ?

Since we are sending via air, the POD is airport in your country. That is not final destination.

Please click the Domestic No. for domestic shipping status.

And you can contact the actual courier; local post office or UPS with that domestic tracking number about domestic shipping.
